Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily medical services, schedules, and clinical workflows
Oversee sick call, treatments, and follow up care
Ensure compliance with care plans, nursing standards, and facility policies
Communicate effectively with providers and jail administration
Manage documentation, staffing coordination, and overall clinical operations
