As an Occupational Therapist in this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in both settings. Your expertise will be crucial in helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance patient recovery
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
