As a Physical Therapist in this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote healing and improve mobility.
- Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatments for post-operative orthopedic patients
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Utilize the EPIC charting system to document patient progress and treatment plans
- Adhere to the facility's dress code by wearing polos and professional athletic pants
- Maintain a smoke-free environment as per facility policy
- Hold a valid California PT license and BLS certification
