About the Role
Mantey Heights Rehabilitation & Care Center is seeking an organized, compassionate, and professional Admissions Coordinator to join our team!
The Admissions Coordinator plays a key role in welcoming new residents and their families into our community, guiding them through the admissions process, and ensuring a smooth transition into care. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a warm, empathetic approach.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all admissions inquiries
- Coordinate and manage the entire admissions process, including pre-admission assessments, payer verifications, and documentation.
- Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and business office teams to ensure a seamless transition for residents.
- Conduct tours for prospective residents and families, promoting the benefits of our skilled nursing services.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure compliance with all state and federal guidelines.
- Communicate clearly with hospital discharge planners, case managers, and referral sources.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in admissions, healthcare administration, or skilled nursing facility operations required.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of insurance verification, Medicare/Medicaid, and managed care preferred.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Compassionate and professional demeanor with a focus on resident and family satisfaction.
