Just Family Center, a part of the Sevita family, provides home and community-based services including day programs for elders with complex medical or rehabilitative needs, attendant care and case management. This allows seniors to obtain quality healthcare while remaining active and involved in the community and continuing to live in their own homes. Our programs are staffed with qualified, experienced licensed nurses and caregivers who are trained to provide individual assistance to each person we serve.

Schedule: Full Time | Mon-Fri
Pay: $12 an HR with $1000 Sign On Bonus

Position Overview

Monitor the health and well-being of individuals served and report any changes to the appropriate medical staff

Provide assistance, supervision, and training with daily living activities including personal care, hygiene, and mobility support

Support individuals with financial management, community involvement, and social interaction
-
Help maintain a safe, supportive, and high-quality environment for individuals receiving care
-
Assist with activity programs, including community outings and medical appointments
-
Maintain accurate documentation, including progress notes and care records

Assist with household responsibilities such as meal preparation and light housekeeping

To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required

CPR and First Aid certification required

At least one (1) year of CNA experience preferred, ideally supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in hospital, residential, clinical, or long-term care settings

Must be at least 18 years of age

Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills

Compassionate attitude and commitment to providing high-quality care
