Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Physical Therapist to work at a Facility in Hermiston, OR. These are registry positions with our company.
Pay Rate: $92.59 / hour
*1099 Independent Contractor
Minimum Qualifications:
- A valid and current physical therapist license issued by the state of OR
- A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association)
- Proficiency in the English language is necessary for communication with other staff and patients. RN must be able to communicate effectively in oral and written English
Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and movement abilities
- Create and carry out individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic exercises and manual therapy
- Use equipment and modalities (e.g., heat, ice, ultrasound, electrical stimulation)
- Educate patients on proper exercises, posture, and injury prevention
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
- Document evaluations, treatments, and patient outcomes
- Communicate with physicians and healthcare team members
- Maintain a clean and safe treatment area
- Assist patients in improving strength, mobility, and function
