As a Stepdown Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional care to patients transitioning from intensive care. Your expertise will ensure that patients receive the highest quality of care as they progress towards recovery.
- Deliver professional and clinical care as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Manage a patient ratio of 1:4-5, ensuring personalized attention and care
- Utilize your EPIC experience to maintain accurate and efficient patient records
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Adhere to all facility policies and procedures to ensure a safe and supportive environment
Requirements:
- Need 2 years experience in setting
- Active Illinois license at time of submission
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS and ACLS certifications
- EPIC experience required
- Available to work every other weekend
