Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and technically skilledEntry Level Toll Equipment Technicianto join our team. This role focuses on ensuring the smoothoperationof toll equipment systems throughpreventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. This role isfull timeandonsite, located in Pompano Beach, FL.
What You'll Do
Read and interpret complex schematics, parts/wiring diagrams, and establish test procedures
Utilize tools like volt/amp meters,oscilloscopes, and network analyzers
Perform preventative maintenance and frequent inspections of equipment
Troubleshoot equipmentmalfunctions and networking issues
Configure toll equipment software andnetwork devices
Conduct dailysite inspectionsof tolling equipment and systems
Install, maintain, and monitor CCTV cameras andNVRs
Assist withequipment installationand testing at tolling sites
Work safely at heights up to 30 feet and lift up to 50 pounds
Complete maintenance documentation accurately and timely
What You'll Need
Required:
Knowledge ofelectronic systemsand components
Skilled in using technical tools and software environments (Windows,Unix, Linux)
Ability to read and comprehend technical and maintenance documentation
Strongproblem-solving skillsandattention to detail
Effective communication andteamwork skills
ValidClass E Driver’s License
COMPTIA A+ Certification or equivalent
Aerial Lift VehicleOperationCertification
Intermediate Maintenance of Traffic Certification
Completion of a 10-hourOSHA Safety Course
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education.
