Associate Dentist – Meriden, CT

A well-established private dental practice in Meriden, Connecticut, serving the community for over 30 years, is seeking a Part-Time Dental Associate to join our busy and supportive team. Our practice sees multiple generations of patients and averages 90–100 new patients per month. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated dentist looking to grow in a collaborative environment focused on high-quality patient care, working with Eaglesoft practice management software.

Schedule, Part time

Monday & Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Two Saturdays per month: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Pay & Compensation

33%–36% of production/collections depending on experience

Duties & Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive general dentistry including restorative procedures
Provide crown and bridge treatments
Complete root canal therapy as needed
Provide denture treatment and care
Perform hygiene checks
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
Collaborate with a team of doctors and hygienists to ensure excellent patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Requirements

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Valid dental license in the state of Connecticut
1–2 years of clinical experience after graduation preferred
Proficiency in restorative dentistry and dentures required
Experience with root canal therapy is a plus
Compassionate, hardworking, and efficient
Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
