We are looking for a dedicated Part-time Leasing Professional to join our team and provide an exceptional leasing experience to current and prospective residentsat our 332 unit community. If you have a customer-focused attitude and a proactive approach, we want to hear from you!

Compensation and Incentives

Excellent Base Pay : $18.00 - $22.00/hour

$100 New Lease Commissions

Property Shared Staff Renewal Commissions

Morgan Essentials - $300 every quarter

Hours & Schedule

Saturday - 8:30AM-5:00PM
Sunday - 11:30AM - 5:00PM
Wednesday OR Thursday 9:00AM- 5:30PM

*Schedule subject to change based on business needs

What We’ll Expect from You:

Prior customer service experience required; leasing or sales experience is a plus.

Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance may be required for travel to multiple properties.

one to three months of related experience/training.

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with residents and office staff.

Strong sales focus with an ability to provide exceptional customer service.
