Job Duties:
- Partner with laboratory leaders and Medical Directors to ensure full compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards.
- Lead and coordinate the laboratory Quality Management Program, driving measurable performance improvement.
- Champion standardization of policies and procedures across the Clinical Laboratory.
- Oversee and optimize the laboratory Document Control Program, ensuring integrity and consistency.
- Ensure training and competency programs are robust, compliant, and aligned with operational needs.
- Maintain and enhance the Clinical Laboratorys internal web presence as a central resource
