Job Description Do you have a heart for health care? Saint Luke's Home Care is seeking a Telehealth LPN to join our team. Assist RN with Telehealth monitoring and installations.
- Requirements: LPN-MO & KS, drivers license, chauffeurs license to drive company vehicle for telehealth deliveries
- M-Th each week, then work from home monitoring HRS every other Sat & Sun. Every Friday off, there is some flexibility with this schedule, but still would require weekend work
- Installation of telehealth monitors in patient homes
- Monitoring of biometrics every other weekend and coverage for high volume, vacation times
- Assist with troubleshooting monitors
- Clean, restock, and keep track of inventory
- Chart in medical records and HRS program when indicated
- Contact physicians for patient concerns, vital signs outside of parameters and receive and write any new orders received from physicians
- Assign visits in EPIC scheduling as indicated
