- Overnight role. PNC Park. Ensure all suites, club areas, and premium spaces are cleaned to established standards.
- Work closely with stadium operations, event staff, and management to understand event schedules and cleaning priorities.
- Train, and support a team of suite cleaners during event and non‑event days.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages.
- Ensure staff follow all safety procedures, including chemical handling and equipment operation.
- Assign daily tasks, monitor progress, and ensure all work is completed on schedule.
- Conduct pre‑event briefings and post‑event walkthroughs with staff.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and on‑the‑job guidance.
