Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Minimum of 3 months of outpatient experience or 1 year of physical therapy experience in other settings

- Working Hours: 0800-1830
- Available Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
- Must be open to working 2 evenings per week until 7 PM
