Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking an OnBase Advanced Capture Specialist to join their team, you will be part of the IT Department supporting the OnBase ecosystem. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative attitude which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: OnBase Advanced Capture Specialist
Location: Raleigh, North Carolina
Pay Range: $65-$70/hr
What's the Job?
- Design, configure, and deploy scanning workflows using OnBase Advanced Capture.
- Support and maintain production OnBase systems, ensuring optimal performance.
- Create detailed technical documentation, including workflow diagrams and system configurations.
- Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to implement process improvements.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide Tier 3 support as needed.
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with OnBase, focusing on Advanced Capture solutions.
- Proficiency with OnBase Studio, Capture Process Designer, and Unity Client.
- Experience designing and supporting scanning workflows and document structures.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a remote environment.
