Job Description
We are looking for aSeniorBusiness Analystto work on aSalesforcemodernization project. This position will befull-timeandhybridin Newark, DE.
What You'll Do
Lead the product release team, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines
Collaborate closely with clients and implementation partners to understand and document business requirements
Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure that all project objectives are met
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements,user stories, andprocess flows
Analyze and optimize business processes to leverage the full potential of theSalesforceplatform
Provide expert guidance onSalesforcecapabilities and best practices
Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide project updates and gather feedback
Ensurequality assuranceand compliance with organizational standards
What You'll Need
Required:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in aBusiness Analystrole, preferably withSalesforceprojects
Proven experience in leading project teams within a PMO structure.
Strong understanding ofSalesforceplatform capabilities and limitations
Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project requirements

$110,000 - $130,000 per year
The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role receive paid time off and may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
