CDL-B driver with passenger endorsement to support
Local operations based in
Lakewood, NJ.
Direct Hire: This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.
CDL-B Details
- Schedule: Sun-Fri / 2pm-7pm/ home daily
- Pay: $200 per day min, $900 - $1,000 Estimated weekly pay
- Route Type: Local
- Freight / Load Type: Transporting Passengers
- Equipment: Commuter or Charter Bus
- Handling: No-touch
CDL-B Minimum Requirements:
- License: CDL B
- Experience: At least 1 years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
- Endorsements: Passenger
- Equipment Experience: CDL-B or CDL-A equipment
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
CDL-B Responsibilities:
- Safely operate CDL-B commuter or charter bus on local routes
- Transport passengers in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
- Meet the physical demands of the role, including climbing in/out of bus, completing all pre/post trip inspections
