Registered Nurse (RN)to join our

Smithville, MO.
This is a dynamic outpatient role perfect for a nursing professional who enjoys a mix of clinical expertise and care
coordination. You will serve as the clinical heartbeat of the office, managing everything from high-level triage to hands-on procedures, all within a supportive team environment that offers a rare
partially remoteopportunity.
Schedule & Flexibility- Hours:Monday - Friday, between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities- Clinical Leadership:Act as the subject matter expert for patient education, assessments, and the interpretation of clinical data.
- Care Coordination:Manage telephone triage, optimize patient flow, and schedule emergent appointments to ensure timely care.
- Hands-on Care:Perform IV insertions, administer medications, and provide direct patient support as needed.
- Team Collaboration:Delegate tasks to clinical staff based on scope of practice and provide cross-coverage for LPN or Medical Assistant duties to ensure seamless clinic operations.
- Administrative Support:Accurately enter provider orders and maintain meticulous documentation within the patient record.
Requirements- Professionalism:A commitment to excellent customer service and a professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Adaptability:The ability to work autonomously with strong critical thinking skills, while also thriving in a collaborative team atmosphere.
- Licensure:Valid RN license in the state of Missouri (or compact).
