Reefer Truck Driver Job Details

Top earning potential that rewards experience. Earn up to $92,000 per year, averaging $1,375-$1,775 per week, with $0.625-$0.71 CPM including monthly performance and sign-on pay during your first 6 months, based on experience.
Consistent miles with a predictable schedule. Run 2,200-2,500+ miles per week on steady OTR freight, staying out about two weeks at a time with planned home time built into a reliable work-rest rhythm.
Easy freight, smoother days. Haul 100% no-touch refrigerated freight with no forced NYC dispatch.

Dry Van Driver Job Details

Strong pay that grows with you. Earn up to $92,000 per year, averaging $1,300-$1,775 per week, with $0.595-$0.71 CPM including monthly performance and sign-on pay during your first 6 months, based on experience.
Reliable miles with scheduled home time. Average 2,200-2,500+ miles per week on consistent OTR lanes, typically running two weeks out with structured time off you can plan around.
No-touch freight, no NYC pressure. 100% no-touch dry van with no forced NYC dispatch.
Extra pay for your time. Earn detention, layover, and stop pay on top of mileage.
Regional options available. Some locations offer regional lanes - speak with a recruiter to learn more.

Driver Requirements

CDL-A
OTR Dry Van - 6 months of OTR experience in the last 3 years
OTR Refrigerated - 12 months of OTR experience in the last 3 years
OTR Refrigerated - Refrigerated experience preferred
Safe driving record
