Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility
- Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (flexible) with a ½ lunch (not paid)
- Shift: Days
- Patient Population: Rehab patients with various health conditions, orthopedic, patients of various ages, and a small dementia unit with orthopedic and deconditioning needs
- Caseload: 5 times a week and 3 times a week, 7-8 hours daily
- Experience: Preferred as this person needs to hit the ground running
- EMR: NetHealth/PCC
