🏥 Position Highlights
• 🚫 CRT NOT accepted – RRT required
• ✅ Minimum 2 years experience required
• ⭐ First-time travelers accepted
• 👶 NICU & Neonatal patient population
• 🎓 Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS, RRT
• 💻 Charting: Epic preferred
• 🏥 Community Hospital experience preferred
• 🔄 Floating required within facility and scope of practice
• 🗓️ Schedule: 36 hours/week | Every other weekend
• 🛑 RTO: Max 7 days
🩺 Skills & Experience
• NICU & Pediatric Critical Care respiratory support
• High-risk delivery & C-section airway management
• Ventilator Management (BiPAP, CPAP, High Frequency Oscillator, weaning, troubleshooting alarms)
• Neonatal resuscitation & ventilatory support
• HFNC therapy & oxygen delivery systems
• ABG interpretation & basic EKG
• Airway management including tracheostomy care, suctioning, and extubation
