As an Emergency Room Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients in a 25-bed Critical Access hospital. Your expertise and compassion will be vital in ensuring the best outcomes for those in urgent need.
- Provide direct patient care in the emergency room setting
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Participate in department quarterly education sessions
- Work every other weekend with guaranteed 72 hours bi-weekly
