In this role, you will serve as a clinical cornerstone, primarily managing
phone triagewhile driving high-quality patient care through education, discharge planning, and care coordination. We are seeking a positive, clear communicator who thrives both in autonomous decision-making and as a supportive team player.
Key Responsibilities:- Clinical Triage & Coordination:Manage telephone triage, schedule emergent appointments, and oversee patient flow to ensure timely care.
- Patient Advocacy:Act as a subject matter expert for patient education, assessment, and care planning.
- Clinical Skills:Perform IV starts, administer medications, and enter admission orders as directed by providers.
- Team Leadership:Delegate tasks to clinical staff based on scope of practice and provide coverage for MA/LPN duties as needed.
- Quality Control:Manage expired samples and maintain meticulous documentation and professional standards.
Qualifications:- Licensure: MO RN License required.
- Soft Skills:Exceptional customer service, a professional demeanor, and the ability to communicate effectively in person and over the phone.
