Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Temp to Hire
Middlebury | 3 Days/Week | $48–$50+/hr+
Highly reviewed private dental practice in Middlebury is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a hygienist who wants to try the practice first, enjoy a supportive team environment, and then transition to a permanent position if it’s a mutual fit.
We are a fully digital, patient-focused office that values teamwork, education, and quality care.
Schedule (Part-Time, 3 Days/Week)
- 3 consistent weekdays per week
- Flexible day selection
- Typical hours fall within:
- Mon & Wed: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tues & Thurs: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Fri: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM (alternating)
- Schedule set in advance and predictable

What We’re Looking For
- Active Connecticut RDH license
- Positive, reliable, and team-oriented
