About the Role
We’re looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) who is passionate about providing high-quality care while building meaningful patient relationships. You’ll be a vital part of our team, delivering exceptional hygiene services and helping patients feel confident in their oral and overall health.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Performing comprehensive dental hygiene care (scaling, polishing, and prophylaxis)
- Educating patients with empathy and evidence-based knowledge
- Taking and developing dental radiographs
- Assisting the dentist during procedures, as needed
- Maintaining accurate health records and treatment notes
- Following strict infection control and sterilization protocols
- Staying current with industry advancements and certifications
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Michigan RDH license
- Nitrous Oxide Certification (required)
- Local Anesthesia Certification (preferred)
- CPR certification (current)
- Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills
- A passion for building trust with patients
- Bonus: Experience with Curve dental software
