In this role, you will be a key leader in the Labor & Delivery department, ensuring the highest standards of care and safety. Your expertise and leadership will guide a dedicated team of healthcare professionals in delivering compassionate and effective care to patients.
- Lead and manage the Labor & Delivery team, ensuring adherence to best practices and protocols
- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring and supporting mothers during labor and delivery
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff education
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards
- Participate in weekend call rotation every third weekend
- Requirements: BLS, NRP, EFM certifications, 10 years in a leadership role, and a strong background in Labor & Delivery
