As an ICU Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch care to critically ill patients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and assessing patient conditions in the ICU
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Floating to Tele/MedSurg as needed
- Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records
- Ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
Requirements for this role include:
- Active RN license
- NIH Stroke and Dysrhythmia certification
- Experience in ICU settings
- Ability to float to Tele/MedSurg
