In this brand-new role, you will have the unique autonomy to help define best practices for a growing clinic while treating patients across specialties, including Stroke, MS, Movement Disorders, and Concussion care.

- Balance:Part time 24/week Enjoy a stableMonday-Friday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)schedule with/week no nights or weekends.
Key Responsibilities- Clinical Expertise:Act as the subject matter expert for patient education, assessment, and complex testing interpretation.
- Care Coordination:Manage telephone triage, emergent scheduling, and pre-visit planning to ensure seamless patient flow.
- Team Leadership:Delegate tasks to clinical staff (LPN/MA) ensuring adherence toNursing Scope of Practice.
- Operational Excellence:Manage admission orders, lab result reviews, and prescription refills with a focus on continuous improvement.
Requirements- Experienced RN with a passion for the patient experience.
- Critical thinker comfortable with both autonomous work and multidisciplinary teamwork.
- Strong interest inShared Governanceand professional development.
