TransForce is seeking a CDL A Driver to support Local operations based in Pottsville, PA.This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.
CDL A Truck Driver Details
- Schedule: 5 days per week (Off Thursday and Sunday), 5pm start time, 10-12 hour shifts, home daily.
- Pay: $1,500 - $1,700/week
- Route Type: Local
- Freight / Load Type: Line Haul operate in the PA, NY (no city), NJ, MD, DE, and VA areas.
- Handling: No-touch, drop and hook.
CDL A Truck Driver Minimum Requirements:
- License: CDL A
- Experience: 1+years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
CDL A Truck Driver Responsibilities:
- Safely operate equipmenton local routes
- Transport freightin accordance with DOT and company safety standards
- Perform required handling tasks including drop and hook
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
- Meet the physical demands of the role
