Responsibilities:
Advance your nursing career and join our team as an RN Supervisor. You will support the Director of Nursing with the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes, and patient/family and employee satisfaction.
*Provides direct nursing care to assigned residents while overseeing medication and treatment administration
*Functions as the Cart Nurse for a designated unit, ensuring accurate and timely medication passes
*Supervises and supports CNAs and nursing staff to ensure quality resident care and compliance with care plans
*Acts as the clinical leader on the unit, addressing resident needs, staff concerns, and family questions
*Performs nursing assessments, monitors changes in resident condition, and reports concerns to physicians and the interdisciplinary team
*Ensures all documentation is completed accurately in accordance with facility, state, and federal guidelines
*Responds to call lights, emergencies, and changes in condition promptly and professionally
*Provides coaching, guidance, and corrective instruction to nursing staff when needed
*Ensures infection control, safety standards, and quality measures are followed at all times

*Communicates effectively with management, physicians, residents, and families
*Assists with admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed

Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college or university with a current registered nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
A minimum of three years full-time or equivalent clinical experience is required and a minimum of two years of clinical experience in long-term care nursing with one year in a management/administrative or supervisory capacity is preferred. BSN preferred.
Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification and RN license.

Posted Salary Range: USD $40.00 - USD $50.00 /Hr. Bonus: USD $5,000.00
