🏥 Position Highlights
• HARD STOP: Level IV NICU experience required + documented PICU experience | 2+ years current NICU & PICU
• Units: NICU, Pediatric Critical Care, Pediatrics, ED
• Certs: BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS | RRT strongly preferred (CRT considered case-by-case)
• Licensure: NC RRT in hand (2–4 weeks to obtain)
• Charting: Epic (required)
• Skills: HFJV, oscillating ventilator, ECMO (protocol-driven), CPAP/BiPAP, ABGs, neonatal airway & high-risk deliveries, pediatric cardiac anomalies
• Schedule Notes: 6 weekend shifts per schedule (published in 6-week blocks)
• Travel/Local: Travelers & locals accepted (local rate $5 less within 75 miles)
• Vaccines: COVID not required | Flu required (no exemptions)
