A Healthcare Facility is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager in the Rockland County Area of NY.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise nursing staff and daily unit operations
Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures
Mentor and provide guidance to nursing team members
Maintain high standards of resident care and compliance
Review resident records and monitor care quality
Address concerns or feedback from residents and families
Serve as a liaison between unit staff and senior leadership
Qualifications:
Current RN license (State requirement)
3+ years of experience in long-term care preferred
2+ years of experience in a charge or supervisory role preferred
Strong computer and documentation skills
Excellent leadership and communication abilities
