What You Bring:
• Associate’s degree in ECE, Education, Child Development, Special Education, Elementary Education, or the Human Services field.
• At least 2 years of early childhood leadership or operational management experience with a total of 4 years in a Preschool setting.
• Knowledge of state licensing standards and compliance best practices
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and team leadership skills
• A passion for developing educators and creating thriving school communities
