Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced RN to join our Inpatient Psychiatry Unit At Waltham, a 12-bed, secure inpatient psychiatric unit.
Key Responsibilities- Providing nursing care to patients and families in our
- Maintaining a safe and therapeutic milieu.
- Providing education to patients and families.
- Facilitating group therapies.
- Overseeing behavioral tech and counselor staff.
- 32 hours, day/evening rotating, occasional nights, every other weekend and rotating holidays.
Minimum QualificationsEducation:- A bachelor's degree in nursing
Experience:- 1+ years of experience in a behavioral health setting. Inpatient and pediatric RN experience preferred.
- Charge nurse experience preferred.
Licensure/Certifications- Current Massachusetts license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
The posted pay range is Boston Children’s reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.
