Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant to join their team. As a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant, you will be part of the Risk Management department supporting the BSA/AML remediation efforts across Front Line groups. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, the ability to lead teams in a fast-paced and evolving environment, and deep expertise in the Financial Crimes and Risk Management industry.

Location: Charlotte/St.Louis (HYBRID SCHEDULE)
What’s the Job?
- Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, including developing and implementing information delivery and presentations to key stakeholders and senior management.
- Lead strategy and resolution of complex BSA/AML challenges related to Business Execution, delivering long-term, large-scale solutions across multiple organizational lines.
- Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership in implementing innovative and significant business solutions.
- Lead team meetings or steering committees to facilitate decision-making and support the implementation of recommendations and plans.
- Engage with all levels of professionals and managers, providing expert advice and leadership across the business.
What’s Needed?
- 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience.
- 7+ years of Project Management/Execution experience in a complex regulatory environment.
- 3-5+ years of experience in consulting, risk, compliance, or operations roles.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Knowledge and understanding of regulatory compliance requirements surrounding BSA/AML and Sanctions.
