The Patient Relations Clinical Specialist will be responsible for:- Receiving, tracking, responding to and facilitating resolution of patient/family questions, complaints and concerns.
- Interpreting and advising on hospital policies and procedures.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary clinical and support teams
- Provides assistance and consultation to hospital staff in resolving difficult situations.
- Four days/week. On-site to start/orientation, then partially remote.
To qualify, you must have:- Bachelor's degree required. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Social Work preferred.
- A current license from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to practice as a Registered Nurse or a Social Worker preferred.
- 5 years of healthcare experience; previous experience in Patient Relations preferred.
- Bilingual skills strongly preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and analytical skills to resolve complex problems.
