Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be part of the U.S. Transformation department supporting various business workstreams. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to influence others for the best outcomes, and advanced written and verbal communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Senior Project Manager- Wealth Management
Location: On-site in Minneapolis, MN (3-4 days/week with remote option 1-2 days/week)
What's the Job?
- Lead program team members through complex integration workstreams.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and metrics.
- Conduct risk and issue assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders effectively.
- Utilize Agile, waterfall, and iterative methodologies to drive project success.
What's Needed?
- 8+ years of experience in financial services as a Project Manager.
- U.S. Wealth Management business experience is a MUST
- Demonstrated expertise in program and project plan development and management.
- Strong consultative experience and ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Advanced knowledge of budgeting, financials, and benefits management.
- PMP and/or PgMP certification or equivalent preferred.
