Key Responsibilities:

Lead Operations: Manage daily service department workflows to maximize efficiency.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Service Manager
Track Record: Proven history of hitting high profitability goals and CSI/CSE scores.
Leadership: Strong ability to inspire teams and manage high-pressure situations calmly.
Skills: Proficient with modern DMS systems (Dealertrack, CDK, or Reynolds & Reynolds).
Education: Degree in business administration or automotive technology preferred.
