Responsibilities - Service Advisor:

Service Advisors greet customers and complete service write up process
Keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes
Service Advisors remain involved with delivery of vehicle to customer upon completion to assure all customer concerns are addressed
Know automobiles well enough to answer characteristic and operational questions regarding the customer's vehicles
Maintain strong communication with technicians

Qualifications/Requirements - Service Advisor:

Service Advisor experience is preferred but not required
Honda experience preferred but not required, will train new hires
Must be motivated and energetic with strong customer and communication skills.
Must be able to multi-task in a very busy environment.
Reynolds experience is a plus
Strong customer service skills
Valid Driver's License and clean record
