What You'll Do

Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems
Perform seasonal tune-ups and preventative maintenance
Troubleshoot heating, cooling, and ventilation issues
Explain recommendations and solutions to customers in a friendly, professional manner
Complete service documentation accurately and efficiently
Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
Deliver exceptional customer service with every visit

What Makes You a Great Fit

HVAC experience preferred (but we're willing to train motivated individuals)
EPA Certification preferred
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift equipment and work in various indoor and outdoor conditions
