In this role, you’ll deliver evaluations and personalized treatment across a full continuum of care—all within one vibrant, on-site campus.

From inpatient to outpatient and home health settings, you’ll have the unique opportunity to expand your clinical expertise while building lasting relationships with residents. What we require:

Active Virginia Physical Therapy license
Current CPR certification
Ability to document services accurately and on time
Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.
Familiarity with Medicare documentation preferred
