Four Points at Four Paws Veterinary Hospital is seeking a skilled and motivated Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for a technician who thrives in surgery and is passionate about delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients while supporting a collaborative and positive team environment.

We are looking for a confident, dependable technician who takes pride in their technical abilities and is passionate about patient care. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and thrives in a collaborative environment where teamwork and support are a priority.

This is a Full-Time position with flexible scheduling options and availability need Monday-Friday and rotating Saturdays.

What You'll Do :

Manage surgical caseloads, including preparation, assisting, and recovery
Perform anesthesia induction, monitoring, and maintenance with a strong focus on patient safety
Perform dental prophylaxis and take dental radiographs
Collect diagnostic samples, including cystocentesis, and perform laboratory work such as microscope evaluation
Maintain accurate medical records and support efficient hospital workflow

Full-Time Benefits and Compensation **

Compensation: $22-$24/hour, for each hour worked*
Bonus Package: $2,000
CE Allowance: $500 for first year & $1000 every year following

Minimum Qualifications & Skill Set :

LVT License in the State of Texas required
Strong surgical and anesthesia experience is required
Proficiency in dental procedures and radiography
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
